Glamping Tent

Your GLAMPING dreams have come true with our beautiful 13' Bell Tent! Enjoy the outdoors in the comfort of your own backyard. We deliver, set up and teardown for you. This is perfect for Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduation, Girls Night, Bachelorette/Bridal Showers, the list goes on!

We can set up the Bell Tent as a Sleepover or Lounge area.

​

We can pitch the tent INDOORS & OUTDOORS. For indoor set up, we can pitch the tent with sand bags. Can be set up outdoors in the grass or on concrete pavement.

Pricing:​

  • $425 + $100 refundable damage deposit

  • Choice of Daytime or Overnight Rental.

  • Delivery fee applies depending on zipcode.

The Bell Tent includes the following for a sleepover:​

  • Decorative cushions (pillows for sleeping on are not provided)

  • Decorative rugs

  • String lights for the inside of the Bell Tent

  • Garlands and/or decorative bunting on outside of Bell Tent

  • For Kids:

    • Up to 5 twin size airbeds (5ft long) along with:

      • Fitted sheet

      • Light blanket

      • Decorative cushions

      • Lantern

      • Tray

      • Name tag
         

  • For Adults:

    • Up to 4 twin size airbeds (6ft long) along with:

      • Fitted sheet

      • Light blanket

      • Decorative cushions

      • Lantern

      • Tray

      • Name tag
         

  • For Family Campout:

    • Up to 2 twin size airbeds (5ft long) and 1 queen size airbed:

      • Fitted sheet

      • Light blanket

      • Decorative cushions

      • Lantern

      • Tray

Terms & Conditions:

  • A $100 refundable damage deposit is required to hold your date.

  • Weather must be sunny or cloudy (no rain) on the day and night of the delivery. If the weather report shows a high chance of rain and/or wind, we reserve the right to reschedule the delivery.

  • Sprinklers need to be shut off at least one day prior to the delivery.

  • The lawn needs to be free of animal droppings.

  • No pets inside or near the Bell Tent.

  • Bonfires/smoking is not allowed near the Bell Tent (including candles).

  • Pushing/pulling on the pole of the Bell Tent is not allowed.

  • Heaters are not allowed inside or near the Bell Tent.

  • Yard or hard surface must be FLAT. We cannot set up on a yard that has an incline.

  • We can set-up at a residence or venue of your choice. The venue MUST approve for us to deliver to your venue and have enough yard or hard surface space.

Space Requirements:

  • Our Bell Tent is 13' in diameter but we need 19' of FLAT area. 

    • If we arrive at your location and there is not enough space, we reserve the right to cancel the set-up. It is your responsibility to locate another place with the right amount of flat yard area.

  • Door height - 59 inches

  • Top height - 98 inches

  • There are 4 mesh half-moon windows that can be un-zipped for airflow.
