1. How do I book a party?
Please message us through Facebook or click on Book A Party at top right of this website. We will get back to you to schedule your party. Please note your party is not booked until you hear back from us.
To book your party date and teepees, you must sign a rental contract and pay the deposit. Once this is done you may always add teepees if they are available, but you cannot subtract them.
Rental is for a 24-hour period.
2. What if I need to cancel my party?
Cancellation Policy – If your party needs to be cancelled due to an illness or family emergency, we will do our best to reschedule your party to a new date and time and your deposit or any monies paid will be applied to your new party. It is your responsibility to make your guests aware of the party date change and/or cancellation.
If the party is cancelled less than three weeks from the party date and you do not want to reschedule, your deposit or any monies paid is non-refundable.
3. Is there a deposit or additional charges when booking a party?
There is a $100 refundable damage deposit required to book your party. Remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the party.
When we return the next day to pick up the teepees at an agreed time, if it is not available for pickup (ie. nobody home), we reserve the right to charge for the extra time.
4. What age are the parties geared towards?
Designed for children ages 5+, teens AND Adults!
5. How much time to set-up?
About 1 hour to 2 hours for set up depending on the amount of teepees. Tear down takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour.
6. How much space do I need?
The overall width of the kids teepee with twin sized blowup mattress is approximately 3.5 feet wide per tent. The length of each mattress is 62” long. We generally set up the tents next to each other or opposite of each other, depending on the space.
Please make sure you have an open area, a clutter free room, and a safe space for the kids to sleep. It is your responsibility to make sure there is enough space to accommodate the teepees with an open and unobstructed walkway to allow your guests to get in and out of the teepees safely.
The Adult airbeds are 75" long and 39" wide. The Adult size teepee is 39" wide and 39" long. Height is 66".
7. How are the teepees cleaned?
Daydream Teepee will launder all of the blankets, linens and decorative cushions after the party. We use detergent that is hypoallergenic. The airbeds and trays are also sanitized.
8. When a party is booked, what is included?
Each teepee includes an air bed, fitted sheet, mattress pad, light blanket, decorative cushion, pennants/banner, lanterns, fairy lights, name tag and tray. Also includes delivery, set up, styling, collection/pick up, laundering of linens and disinfecting of items.
Pillows not included for hygiene purposes. Decorative cushions are provided but are only for decoration.
9. Do I need to supply power?
No, our lights are battery operated.
10. Can I host the party in my backyard?
Not at this time. The teepees are meant only for indoors.
11. What are the terms and conditions?
Upon receipt of your booking request, we will contact you to review the Terms and Conditions prior to paying the deposit. Daydream Teepee will send you a contract with our policy and terms of our service agreement with the assumption that you have read and agreed to them by signing the contract. Please ask for clarification if there are any questions regarding the policies before reserving your party.
12. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. We use Square, Inc. to accept payments.
13. Delivery Fees?
Delivery/Pick Up is included in your package within a 10 mile radius of Lynnwood, WA 98087 (excluding DIY packages). Outside 10 miles will incur a $1.75/mile fee.
(Example: 20 miles from 98087, the additional fee would be $17.50 for Delivery/Pick Up.)
15. What is included with each tent/teepee?
Each teepee includes an airbed, fitted sheet, mattress protector, light blanket, decorative cushions, pennant/banner, lantern, fairy light, name tag, tray.
16. When can you deliver?
We can deliver on Fridays (evening only) and Saturdays (morning or afternoon).
17. Why is there an extra charge for delivery?
The extra charge outside 10 miles is due to rising gas prices and deliveries are done in an SUV.
